In our busy work-day world we all, at some time or another, feel the need to slow down, take a breather and let the dust settle in our brain, so we can think more clearly. You may not call this meditation, but in essence it is. There are so many misconceptions about meditation. It's not as difficult as many people would have you believe. It is very natural to want to simply sit down and shut up, so you can hear your thoughts more clearly. When you are constantly in moving, constantly talking out loud or inside your head, you really can't hear your own thoughts.
With so many members of the Steemit community committed to achieving success, I hope that making more time for meditation will assist in helping people reach their goals. There is a serious misconception that you must "empty" your mind -- that is totally impossible! So what do you do!? My answer is simple; Stop splashing!
Read this post and let me know if my experience under the sea, could be an answer to some questions you've had floating about in your head about meditation or how to make room in your mind for more creativity. I look forward to your feedback. Onward! Remember: #Together We Grow!"
