The natural world, pristine in its absence of interference from manufactured man-made creations, is comprised of infinite layers of extremely detailed and perfectly organized hierarchies. There is no argument amongst these beings. There does not exist feelings of suppression or objectification. No fight for rights demanded. No concept of superiority or inferiority. There is a natural movement of energy, migrating from abundant areas to give equitably to scarce areas in the capacity that creates the greatest quality and abundance for all areas as it is capable. In nature there are large conduits of energy and small. There are fast and slow. This can be called organic hierarchy. In humanity, there are systems that have been built to determine who is allowed to hold more influence or power than others. These systems are perpetuated out of the fundamental misapprehension that it is the only format and that we have not the capacity to evolve. At one time it may have been a useful system, as when survival of a group relies on the expertise of a select people, and allows for those people to have executive powers. The misunderstanding lies in the continuation of these programs even when the need for them disintegrates. When constantly considering life from the perspective of survival, one removes the probability of perceiving the more robust nature of life, which is expansive and limitless in its variations. When considering this, it is logical and rightful to contemplate and put into action the means for producing programs serving greater purposes than survival alone. As we have created technologies that can provide for the well-being and Joy of all life on planet Earth, we have come to a time in which all competitive notions for the sake of survival can be released and the more applicable and evolutionary appropriate notions of cooperation and synchronous beneficial actions may be engaged. To the extent that we desire for appreciable results from our synchronous actions, we must become aware of our functionality and the ways in which we may serve the organism as a whole.
A corporation is a more linear model of this structure than the way in which organic hierarchy exists. Organic hierarchy in human relationships is possible and there are many examples of it, always being reflected in the observation of indigenous cultures that practice without interference. An example is the aboriginal peoples of what is now called Australia. There, the patterns of consciousness are reflections of the environment the peoples existed within. They literally mirrored as closely as possible the nature of the external environment, and its patterns set the patterns of those people. The organic hierarchy was an intertwined relationship between external and internal environments. The people were the earth, air, water, fire, and ether of that space. So, as a corporation has been created as a model of united beings with exclusive intentions, the organic hierarchy exists within inclusivity in the natural world, including humanity in its organism. To adequately envision the scenario of balanced mutualistic benefit from the application of both organic and artificial hierarchies, an understanding must develop of the relationship between people who have not conceived the ability to create new methodologies for the evolution of their own existence and the pertinacious advancement of our collective evolution. Those who developed, or are intrinsically capable of, the ability to perceive the holistic shifting energies of humanity and life on this planetary sphere, are those who also will be able to direct energy or make adequate choices to create patterns of wellness as we progress into new moments. Not all people are experiencing this now, but all people are capable given the right education.
This is due to the fact that we are all inseparable and connected as one being. Becoming perceptive of the more holistic shifting of energies is simply a byproduct of meditation, or the practice of creating distance between oneself and conception or thoughts. The more distance one creates, the wider the perceptions become and the more insight occurs. The less one identifies with their singular body or preconceived identity structures imposed by other separation-minded beings during youth and after, the more one becomes perceptive of the fluidity and the composition of a barrier-less design of life. When observation of life becomes comprehension of its processes we are able to act with responsiveness rather than with reactiveness to unknown factors. We are capable of creating original and sincere designs rather than mimicking and repeating the designs imposed by others who have managed to manipulate the mind of the human populations of the planet to serve personal interests and conceit. It is the duty of the perceptive and energetic people to build new models and evolve the systems that others may not understand. It is in this way that all growth occurs. It is when we are able to combine the most beneficial aspects of all the tools and models available to us while discarding all that which does not serve, that we may create the environments of supportive and healthy designs. In an effort to transition out of unhealthy models, while avoiding violence or mutual self-destructive behavior, we must integrate the artificial models with the organic models. There are experts in both designs and the amalgamation of these will produce results that will allow for advancement of technologies of both mind and material, and in spiritual experience and perspicacity.
It is in our ability to bring a profound and permeating experiential wholeness to the segregated and compartmentalized “ism” programs, that will bring a renaissance to the mechanism of the corporations. While the artificial hierarchy model allows for extreme functionality to achieve economic goals in a competition-based model, it is flawed in its insistence for competition despite the degradation of health and well-being for the environments it exists within and perpetuates from without. It promotes apathy as a source for increasing quantities of agreed upon financial or other materialism. The great benefit to the tool that is artificial hierarchy is solely in its functionality, which is made even more efficient when enjoined with holistic and organic models, like in the caring and uplifting of all its components, with special consideration for the human beings invested in the success of the whole organism, and the absolute unfaltering constancy of non stagnating economic flux and movement. In other words, the organic hierarchy never stagnates in its energy, wherein all potential is accessed for the highest use for the highest benefit at all moments. Now the recognition of the distinction between the abusive hierarchy model and the organic hierarchy model may be used to put into action methods of achieving success in mutualistic efforts to create beneficial systems for all life on planet Earth.
Man is supposed to be the maker of his destiny. It is only partly true. He can make his destiny, only in so far as he is allowed by the Great Power.
