It's been a busy and fun filled last 2 days.
Over the weekend me and my friend have been busy with our stall of Himalayan Rock Salt products at an open market. There are a whole range of other products also and the place looks so much vibrant full of life.
Let me tell you a little about our product.
HIimalyan Rock Salts are mined and the mines are located in the foothills of the Salt Range hills in Punjab Province of the Pakistan Indo-Gangetic Plain. It's a natural occurring salt rich in minerals and because of the very high mineral content it is beneficial for the health and skin.
But again too much of Sodium is not very good for health so one needs to moderately use it.
Himalayan Rock Salt helps release the negative ions from your space which freshens the air you breathe and it helps in calming down your nerves.
These products are not medical devices and their benefits are solely derived from the feelings they invoke at a physical, emotional and mental level. They are very good energy cleansers in your space. Their presence tend to brighten the mood which in turn allows you to think positively and also at health level when your mood is good it will result in good health. Using Himalayan Rock Salt in your food regularly gives boost to your immunity and also helps in metabolism functions.

A Flower stall. So colourful and fresh.
This one is very unique, Cutlery with semi precious stones used.
There were lot of other products in the market like clothes, toys, handicrafts and a lot more. A variety of food stalls too.

Sea salts are also very good for health, but I enjoy sea salts more in bath. Himalayan rock salt is very good to be taken in diet, it has really very good health benefits.
we like to buy Himalayan Rock Salt when we eat steak as well. surprisingly it's very mild and goes well with the steak.
Ahhaa, there are steak cooking plates too of Himalayan rock salt, you can cook on it directly, you'll enjoy it more :-)
I have a salt lamp, it gives a lot of coziness in the house, I love this lamp.
And I like a photo of flowers stall, so colourful!

Amazing market, you have a really excellent display of the different products, it's fascinating how they make these lamps from rock salt as well. It is a very busy market, so many varied and different stalls - the knives, forks and spoons with precious stones in are quite unique! What an amazing post, lovely pictures and an amazing story as well.

Heyy there, you just remembert me about the fact how much salt is actually being produced in Pakistan!
I spent a summer 2014 in your amazing country and we also visited some salt mine (can't remember the name). There were statues and even office built out of the salt bricks!! I couldn't believe my eyes haha. Here are some pics :)
I liked that trip a lot...and loved Pakistan. Super sad most of the world know just what western media claim about it and not the real truth..I've met so much love during my summer there (I was an intern at NUST in Islamabad)

Yes all around there were lot of crystals stuff in different forms. It was an interesting 2 days, getting to know so many new products and meeting new people. Yes each one had a decent sale, ours was the first time but some of them do it regularly.

In my life I had 3 serious lung infections, and a friend told me that that was because I was depressed and that I had a lot of sadness on in that 3 times ... I understand that these salts help that, right? or am I wrong
My dear, the salts will do its work internally with your health, but you have to get to the root cause of your depression and get out of it. The depression and sadness in your life is giving you major health problems. Trust me nothing in life is worth it to worry about, your should let go and release what does not serve your highest good and move forward in life joyfully. Ups and downs are a part of life, do not get stuck to them. We are all learning here through different experiences of life.

now thats a new thing. Pardon my ignorance while I understand its health benefits in food but fail to understand how will this melt to be used as scrubs or soaps?
These salts are water soluble and heat resistant, hence they can be used very well in water for skin therapies. There are Himalayan Rock Salt cooking plates on which you can also cook your food. You can also check online for its many other benefits.

Their presence at home gives a very good feeling. I like to just lit them up in the room and no other lights, its very soothing and specially during meditation.

Thank you @mountainjewel, no I do not travel for sale of these products, nor do I have any shop. Its just a home based work for me. Its been a couple of years. The energy of the Himalayan Rock salt is very calming, one definitely feels good in its presence.
Just finding your articles after reading a re steem post today. I have used these salts for several years now. I love it's distinct flavor. No doubt the minerals we all crave. I have heard about the lamps and their soothing nature. I enjoyed the tour of the rest of the Market place. I look forward to seeing more of your articles.
