You are a very down to earth person my dear, you give valuable suggestions but then yes everyone has their own thought process. There are certain areas where its good to be just a advisor and not a leader. Well I would not say tbat the reason you have sustained through your decision is just sheer luck. I feel with every advice and with every decision that we make we evolve through our experiences and thats what keeps us going.
You may have everything against you and with your will and determination you can turn the tables around.
To just give you a very brief about me. I was brought up in a way where I had no good education no proper family background and everything was mess. When i started my 1st job i was not even good with my english and people used to make fun of me, but I always had one goal of seeing myself at one position which I worked out and everything shaped up just as per my way. Sometimes I feel so lucky that I could achieve all but when I look back and analyse I realise how much effort has gone in, so its just not sheer luck.
