In our day to day life, I see many peoples who get easily overpowered by depression on facing a small hurdle or difficulty. They lose their confidence and look frustrated to the core. This is nothing but a case of poor initiatives and such people themselves create a hurdle more powerful than the one in their way. They waste a lot of time and valuable energy to overcome this fault in their personality and ultimately lag far behind in their way to success.
Successful people do have a great power of perseverance
Perseverance is one of the qualities that is capable to lead a person to many heights. One who is able to withstand almost all odds and difficulties that the circumstances offer is ultimately successful. Having an escapist attitude from a responsibility is what keeps many people away from their goals. those who dare while others fly are the leaders of the campaign. This is true with all the actions that we are to perform in life. The brave do not fear for death and so they reach the heights in their attempts. While the cowards keep thinking excessively till others take lead and go ahead.
Successful peoples do have a great power of self-control
Successful peoples have a great quality of controlling their emotions in all circumstances. They are the masters of their self. they know it very well that if they are carried away by any untoward situation on way to any adventure, they are the losers. They have all their actions under their perfect control, as all their emotions lead them to their desired destination; not to fall in the middle in a fit of desperation as a result of some difficulty. Students who mean to come out of their examinations with exclusive result do not get panicky with a difficult problem or question. They skip it over or take a decision immediately to take a risk and go ahead without wasting any more of the precious time. Those who fear those kinds of difficult situation waste their valuable time and energy and end up losing marks at the end for want of time.

Perseverance is not a gift at all. This kind of essential trail of personality can only be learned through conscious efforts. Once your mind is made up for a particular attempt, you can easily estimate almost all kinds of hurdles and problems in the way of its achievement. A mountaineer ready to climb a very hard cliff never expects a smooth journey to its peak.
There are scores of difficulties which are sure to meet him during the entire expedition. He takes pleasure in meeting them all and reaches the topmost peak with all honors and expectations.
Similarly, we all should work his way in our respective fields through odds what so ever, and without the adequate spirit of perseverance the success can elude him quite often.
One cannot afford to lack in this spirit simply as because he is not ready to take a risk or is afraid of facing difficulties in life. This logic does not support or satisfy the needs of the present age. The more risk-taking you are, the more difficulties you are able to encounter, the more success you can expect. Hence it is essential to stick to your plans and goal always to carry on with a successful life.
