Using our mental energy wisely is the key to how we feel at the end of the day. So many of us waste so much mental energy on things totally out of our control, so Jane shouldn't wore that mini to work today, Mike didn't come to work today, extra work for me, it's going to rain ...Stop thinking about these things, they are OUT OF YOUR CONTROL it's done ...your thinking is UN productive.
When you catch yourself thinking thoughts of this nature switch your thinking, save this waste of mental energy by focusing on what you CONTROL. Soon it will become a habit.
