I do meditate since 3 years and defo feels better and my mind is more clear also doing some exercise in the morning to wake up my body. Havent done yoga but I wish to try one day :)

Nice yea yoga is great to help meditation, it makes it much easier to feel physically relaxed when meditating. Some of my best meditation have come after yoga, I’m excited to be getting back into My practice after a hiatus.
