I was browsing through this old book on my shelf and it randomly had an True cigarette advertisement in the middle of it. There were no other pictures in the book. The book was printed in 1973. It seems so strange to see cigarette advertisements without the health warnings on them.

Wow - how about that? A cig Ad is the only picture in the entire book. It's crazy what they used to get away with when it came to Cigarette advertising. I can remember looking through sports illustrated in the early 90's and seeing cigarette ads with a bunch of healthy people playing sports in the them - like smoking cigs will make you want to do outdoor activities - so ridiculous!
Times sure have changed. I remember thinking that the Marlboro man was the coolest guy in the world.
