How Privacy Makes You Healthy

Gone were the days that people would keep their lives private. Since we are living in this new information age where privacy is an option rather than a right. One could think that being an open book is one of the societal norms that everyone should follow which makes this generation suck in more ways than one.

Being healthy requires a person to be physically fit, mentally stable and spiritually upright. But as for me,one can be healthy if he learns how to keep everything in private. Being private means focusing on your self-improvement and progress without asking for the opinions of others and relying on their thoughts. It's nice to know that you have time for yourself and you can do everything you want without worrying on what others may think about you. Believe me,you dont need to expose yourself to others for you to be accepted since its a trendy behavior. The greatest acceptance that you could receive is not from an unfamiliar crowd but from the people closest to you and who you admire the most. Thats how you could make yourself holistically and overall humanely healthy.
