Bild from the "national republics" which aren't recognized as the world community on Donbass provides history of the programmer from Luhansk in the next reporting. This person tells about the life, training of the daughter and a situation in the city. The reporting, as always, contains many photos, including heroes of a sketch, however faces of family members (and even a muzzle of a dog) for reasons of safety are washed away.

Vladimir is 39 years old, it lives with the wife in Luhansk. The daughter goes to school, he works in IT sector. "Every day here, as bog. Our everyday life consists of routine and even more often brings troubles", the hero of the reporting says.

"Russia has affected my life absolutely negatively — Vladimir notes. — They force my daughter to study the Russian history and teach her that Luhansk is allegedly connected with Russia. Utter nonsense. Something like social policy in "the national republic" — what doesn't exist. They aspire to that everything looked good and the humanitarian disaster has bypassed us by itself".

However Vladimir and his family do not believe that the condition of occupation will be long. "We consider that Ukraine will return", the 39-year-old Luhansk citizen is sure.

Therefore neither he, nor his wife looked for work for full time. Sometimes Vladimir takes small works from the sphere of IT. "Money is always quickly settled, everything is very expensive here. The majority of products of Russia, but we try not to buy them. Many of them are inedible. Every time when we find food from Ukraine, we are glad and very much we feel nostalgic".

Everyday life became heavy for a small family. "All conveniences of former life were a thing of the past. We never go shopping or we do not visit friends, when there is no an urgent need", tells Vladimir. Online stores or delivery services are unavailable already long time.

"Life has considerably worsened here. Within these nearly two years at us water happens only a few hours in the evening. Sometimes it is also given in the morning", Ukrainians tell. However, now supply with electricity the most part of time.

Present differences from former life in free Ukraine are big. "Life has changed radically. At that time we had good workplaces, regular rest. We were able to afford to go to the sea, repair our apartment, to buy new things, to plan something. Now we do not think of it. We survive and we work, that's all" — states Vladimir.

"It was especially bad when my mother-in-law was hospitalized — he remembers. — The Russian medicine very bad, drugstores often had no what was necessary. I have nearly lost the mother-in-law. Three weeks she was in hospital. We have paid a lot of money".

In response to the traditional proposal of the journalist to compare a situation in the city to realities of North Korea Vladimir with grief notices: "We are still very far from living conditions in Democratic People's Republic of Korea, but we move in the same direction".

He sees special similarity in promotion: "They seek to hammer into the head to our children that only Russia can help them, and all rest of the world is enemies. When Ukraine returns, it will have to do something with it".

Vladimir considers as freedom island the Internet: "Though the Internet is limited in many places, but you can bypass these barriers".

Describes system of school education and a situation with safety of people positively. Their daughter goes to school, training in her considerably still at the former level: "Many teachers remained with our children. It is unclear only what will be after leaving school …"

Vladimir is convinced that by then as the daughter will become a graduate, Ukraine will return. However he doesn't know, recognize then the certificate of "LNR", or it is necessary to repeat a school course.

"The positive moment is today that all of us are living — the Ukrainian says. — There are no collisions on streets any more any more, here it is even rather safe".

However, military vehicles still everywhere drive about. But streets very pure, many are engaged at public works in the city.

In completion Vladimir notes: "Government" of the national republic "has no influence here. All money goes from Russia. Without these payments all this madness would end long ago".
