Hi my friends
Today I felt the need to share with you what help me to avoid any trouble thoughts which cost me to overthink and bring more unnecessary stress into my life.
Few steps that help me when a bad thought was approaching is to recognize and accept at the same moment that a bad thought is trying to enter into my mind.
At the same time ask the thought if she is coming from a place of love and light or from a dark place, immediately you will get a sense of feeling of, if she is here to serve you or to cause more harm, this takes a lot of practice but once you learn to listen to your intuition you will have less stressful life.
So if you recognize that this thought is from a dark place you firstly inform her that you recognized her origin and explain her that if she is willing to change her purpose,then she is welcome to stay, but if she insist of causing you harm then you can let her know that she had enter in a space of love and light and you sense that she is not coming from a place of love, so direct her by ordering her to return back to her source.
And you will notice at the same time that either she is vanish or she changed her purpose to benefit you.
This is procedure that I make often and it makes wonders every time, it amazed me of how powerful this few steps are and you can get so fast result without any further analysis.
