I moved to Bali Indonesia last year and it's been an amazing experience. People are just people, and chill.

It's too hot to walk around in $300 jeans, and you'd look ridiculous if you did.

Where if you just have a singlet and shorts on, no one bats an eye.

Heck if you want to walk around barefoot, fill your boots.

But when I go to singapore to do my visa run, the same can't be said in that city.

My feet were so sore from walking around in my flip flops all day long, that I decided to go barefoot. In singapore you get weird looks.

In bali there's not a rat race and people are just awesome!

It is so awesome to live in a city like that. A city where you can just live the way you want without any fear if judgement and unsaid social norms. It's liberating and that's what we should all aim for.
