Amazing story about your relationship with ICQ, your world, and how it all played out. You manged to fit a lot of story into this post. It was very moving to read. Glad to know you have freedom from your past.

Outside my window is a lush green lawn. Facing the front door is two dry old pine trees in need if chopping. We live on a dirt road that you can see from the duplex looking left of the living room door. We are surrounded by tall trees, and a creek runs to the west of our driveway. It's peaceful and quiet, occasionally, a bird calls.
A ground hog lives under the porch, and can be seen grazing on the lawn. Often, rabbits venture up by the cars.
Behind the house, to the right of the door is a path leading to our fire pit and pond.
Pennsylvania in summer is brief but lovely .
I am no stranger to dirt roads, ground hogs, luscious green surroundings, porches, rabbits, nor being outside around a fire... It does sound lovely.
