I've notice my body naturally does this on its own. I used to be concerned if I did not have an appetite, now I see the benefits of fasting and I love it! Thanks for sharing :)

I completely agree! I think when we ignore the 'breakfast, lunch, dinner' idea and just listen to our bodies we have much more success.
