Welcome to steemit, @kevinrussell! I followed you because we have a similar background, though I was not mormon but instead apostolic... needless to say I am very different now! As someone would could stand to lose a few pounds, your story is definitely inspiring. Look forward to seeing more of your posts!

Thanks! Glad to hear you are in a more open source state. apostolic, mormon... these are all operating systems that high-jack freedom of thought and self exploration. I have gained about 20 lbs back, being a dad now has made me a bit more relaxed with my diet. Should not be an excuse. but its one that found its way in. Intermittent fasting was by far the best I felt out of all the Diets I tried.
