think many are more acceptability of depression if they are hypersensitive to emotions. I have been depressed for years and am sensitive and had a bad childhood , but in recent years I have found out a lot hove to deal whit it, and are of my medications. with breathing exercises and learning how the stress settles in the body. long time psychologist therapy and exercise.
BTW to day I was the psychologist and get but mediocre hypnosis was very strange but it helpt me calm me down.
