Sometimes, we don't realize the importance of having a silent moment or a moment to do nothing, trust me it can do wonders. If you don't believe me, try it!
Use this post as an opportunity to just have a moment for yourself just relax and breath. Take a minute look away from your screen and just focus on yourself and your presence, take a deep breath and focus on your breathing afterwards, relaxing your whole body and releasing all tension throughout your body.
