WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT?

Time management is the Factor that divides the successful people from the less successful, By having Time management it gives you the opportunity to know what your initial plans are for the day and its also been proven to improve Brain Power, as you are not Focusing on getting 2 things done at the same time...
I am a big culprit of having BAD Time Management.
Definition:
“Time management” is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter – not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.
To me Time Management is a Skill that takes long to master, most of us always say that we don't have enough time to do things, for example if your Friend asks you to help them with something, if we don't like that certain something our Brains tell us that we don't have enough time for that, where quite frankly we actually do, just remember, we all have the ability to say NO. Its like those days where we just are bored with the day, or where the day is just taking to long, we could actually have planned your day and then you could have a less stressful day tomorrow!

Obtaining the Skill called TIME MANAGEMENT
When speaking about Time Management we should be associating that phrase with, "Work Smarter, not Harder" which is true, we can't be putting Immense amounts of time and effort into a certain thing and not really get anything out of it, where we could have the opportunity to work smarter, get the job done faster and more efficiently, and get something more out of it.
I found some tips to becoming better at Time Management:
- Complete the Most Important Task First
- Learn to Say NO!
- Sleep at least 7 - 8 hours a night
- Focus on the Task at Hand
- Get up early and Start Early
- Don't get distracted by less important details
- Make Key Tasks a Habit
- Don't overuse your time infront of a screen
- Make a Time Limit for Every Task
- Take a rest between Tasks
- Don't overthink all the things you have to do throughout the day
- Exercise and Eat Healthy
- Only do the Things that Matter
- Do minimal work on the weekends and allow your body to relax
- Be More Organized
- When Relaxing, Don't Do NOTHING.
- NO DISTRACTIONS!!
- Commit to your Plan
- Batch related tasks together
- Eliminate the non-essential tasks
- ENJOY IT, WORK TIME CAN BE PLAY TIME TOO!!

The Biggest Issue that We ALL Have...
Remembering to do what we had planned to do during the day... My answer to you is to write it down. We all get home from work or From school and want to got onto our Phones or we want to watch TV, There's the issue, we have trained our Brains that as soon as we get home, we walk to the couch and plonk down for Hours sometimes, To get better at Time Management we have to Break our bad habits and create new, better Habits... This will impact how much time we have during the day Greatly, That's just Step 1, Step 2 would be to stay Consistent with that certain Habit we've created, otherwise what was the use of breaking Habit to create a new one, if you don't stay consistent with that New Habit we are also Training our Brain to learn New Skills.
Summary
We have all been given 24 hours in a day, none of us have more and none of us have less. Bill Gates also had 24 hours in a day, just the same as us, yet he had the Skill of Time Management on his side and he became one of the most successful people on Earth. We all have the ability to become a Better "ME", we just need to put in some effort to gain a new skill.
Time Management could be useful to every single one of us in various different ways, so go ahead and Gain a new skill!!

Time is the strongest weapon we have at our disposal. We can use it to become whoever we want to become whether is the manager of a company or the president of Belgium or anything else. Just invest in yourself.

Relaxing? What is that? I am guilty of not stopping. Some times I think I am getting something done, but being spread thin and in fact not getting much done at all. Thanks for the reminders.
