Whether it’s taking a bubble bath or reading a chapter from your latest fiction obsession, whatever brings you to a sleep-ready state, do that! Our bodies remember habits and so they associate relaxation and calmness with sleep and rest. Create a pre-bedtime ritual, and stick to it!
