@chbartist ,
Fueled by your writing I am aware of a series of elements that affect our behavior, sometimes conditioning our way of acting. The result of our effort and our own behavior is to feel good about ourselves.
We have to demand freedom to change the traditional schemes "break paradigm" directly linked with the schemes of personal action.
In the same way I tell you that our world is subject to changes, so it is logical to break models of action and undertake new ways of developing activities. In recent years we have been discussing different methods to undertake new projects not subject to paradigms, like philosophy, each of us defend our position and show arguments for the defense of the vision we present; it is quite curious that in the times we live and in the study of the human dimension and its relationship with the world, we have ignored how things have been done previously, applying new forms of the faculties of individualities but with the exquisite wisdom of transmitting it to well-structured teams and with this acquire excellent results, bypassing all paradigm and destroying barriers, with this coupled with the best use of human faculties; we could say that the senses are the first to capture the outside world and that by means of disappearing fears, significant results and interpretations have been obtained that we can perceive as enterprising methods of human change, in other words we have to learn to perceive and understand the constant change that demands time and go hand in hand with our world.
To my way of interpreting your writing, visualized that the formation of the human psychic content, is not only given through the relationship you establish with your employees, their internal and external world in their activity with them, but also you created a relationship that establishes a change of outline in their lives of definitive activities you are a creator of personalities.
"The demand of man is a constant change, his existence not only includes the relationship to the world of objects, but to people, not only have to see people, we also have to see their humanity."
