Blockchain fame, steem fame, media fame and generally the internet fame is what I refer to as Virtual fame. There was a time on the Steem Blokchain when several users were immortalized, you see one name in thousands of blogs like some “demi-gods”, and these users were only hoping to get something from their “gods” (upvotes, tips). Exactly the same thing is happening in the real world, politicians, business men, sports icon etc. are all being immortalized based on what could be benefitted from them in terms or charity and funding.
However, deep down inside; everyone also wants to become famous, both in reality and maybe on the internet, the Blockchain without knowing what actually lies beneath the fame.
What is Virtual fame?
Most famous individuals we see online and in the media are not really as successful as they were hyped in reality, or they were one time rich or talented but now broke. But they still manage to put on a smiling face and use expensive and fancy stuffs to show off in pictures and videos, the pseudo-famously people is what I call virtual fame.
Sadly, everyone wants to become like the people in this category, 90% of them are suffering underneath their smiles and pseudo-exotic lifestyles as seen in vlogs and blogs and yet you and I still wishes day and night to be like them!
On the Blockchain, particularly on steemit, those users you see as rich and powerful whales have their woes, some are not as healthy as you with nothing in your steempower wallet, you will be shocked to know that “what you wish for to be like them is actually a death sentence”
Do not be swayed about what you see on the internet, 90% of what you see in the media is not real, surprisingly you and I are living a much better and healthier life than the people you look so much up to and wish endlessly to be like.
Virtual fame like I explained is just a digital effect, and behind everyone famous people there is a sad never ending story you really do not want to read about. You are the best thing that happens to you if you do not wish to live another man or woman’s life.
Be grateful for life and the tiny things you own, once you have hope you will get more. Live, Love and let go of sadness with pains of disappointments. Never wish for another man’s life, do not marvel at virtually famous individuals you have not met in person, your life might just be much better than theirs!

I like the fact that u gave a name to it.... indeed virtual is the word cos in the real sense of it, it doesn't exist. lets all just Live, Love and learn cos in the real world, no two lives can be the same.
