Recently, there has been a surge of websites, announcements, and even viral marketing (thanks Joss Whedon) explaining how this election and even tonight's debate is a monumental time for America; an incredible pivot point in American history! I wholeheartedly disagree. I'd argue that the beginning of this election cycle was perhaps the most important. We have some amazing options in this country (John Kasich, Rand Paul, Mike Rowe, Tim Allen, literally anyone but Trump/Hillary, etc.) and yet the loudest and most corrupt idiots of America made their way to the finish line. The most important and critical time to voice our opinion about who we wanted to lead this country has come and gone. With the inevitability that Trump or Hillary will become our next President is equally disappointing and therefore tonight's debate represents the most mundane moment of this election. America, we're screwed either way.
Please, don't watch the debates. Don't fuel the media machine that handed us the two worst candidates of our time...or any time for that matter.
I have no intention of watching the debate. I disapprove of either one of them.They are both equally bad.
Looks like you and I will be the only ones holding down the #DontWatchTheDebate fort.
I wonder if the vodkapundit will drunk blog this debate like he has other deba the past? If he does I predict he gets hammered.
@everittdmickey @onerepmaxx - Stongly disagree. Here is why:
For the first time in history the world elites got divided into: (a) those who would like to preserve global Dollar financial system and (b) national US economy.
The problem is that one can survive only at the expense of another one.
Both these forces have now presented their President candidates: Clinton from Global finance site and Trump from National side.
This battle is final because if one wins, the other one not just disappear from political arena, but will loose all its money and power.
That's what makes these debates interesting and worth watching!
