There are many ways to release anger. Some are healthy and some are unbalanced and unhealthy. Many people say they are not angry and do not notice themselves how this energy is simmering within their body. There is resentment and frustration. They become constipated with suppressed anger. NOT HEALTHY!
Healthy ways to flush down your anger are: go for a run, clean your house, or sit with the anger, focusing on it until it releases. Then flush it down.
