Just like the Antartica Treaty. The reason was "they say" because they don't want war there, but then Governments are constantly bombing populated areas all over the world. But they want you to believe Admiral Richard Byrd didn't see a land mass as big as North American past Antarctica, which he said live on TV after he got back, and before the "Treaty".
