The plating looks amazing man. Perfectly balanced meal and I have a real soft spot for pork tenderloin.

The Green Egg is ridiculous. It has so many interchangeable parts. Tons of different uses and can do so much, just like Steem. :)

You seamlessly turned a negative into a positive today. That's not easy to do, but you made it look easy by having a great attitude and shear determination. Proud of you brother! Now I have to head over to Bianca's blog to see how she made the sauce, lol. Have a good night man!
