Sundays are great days to spend with family. As for the dough with the pizza, the key is getting it to rise properly. A buddy of mine owns some pizza shops and he says the best way to let the dough rise is to place the dough in a stainless steel mixing bowl, lightly spread oil all over the dough, cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it sit for 2-4 hours or until it's about doubled in size. When we make pizza I'll usually do this when I get up in the morning so the dough is good to go by lunch time.

The meat looks great as always, but gotta admit, that white beer looks amazing right now. Going to have to settle for Heineken. Cheers!
