After working all day, the afternoon is the time to relax and unwind in the office environment before returning home, this is usually done around 16.00 until 18.00. The female employees chose to sit in the office while watching tv while cleaning up their work equipment. But for men, they prefer to go to the nearest coffee shop, the reason is because men smoke so they need an open place.
Setelah bekerja seharian penuh, sore hari merupakan saatnya untuk beristirahat dan bersantai di lingkungan kantor sebelum pulang ke rumah, hal ini biasa dilakukan sekitar jam 16.00 sampai dengan jam 18.00. Para karyawan perempuan memilih untuk duduk di dalam kantor sambil nonton tv sambil membereskan peralatan kerjanya. Namun bagi kaum pria, mereka lebih memilih untuk menuju ke warung kopi terdekat, alasannya adalah karena pria merokok sehingga mereka butuh tempat yang terbuka.
While sitting normally they will share experiences with each other. If there are things that have not been resolved during work hours because they are poorly understood, or there are unresolved issues, then at this moment they exchange ideas to find the best solution. The seniors never mind to help, as well as the junior who should not be ashamed to ask, so that all problems can be solved.
Sambil duduk biasanya mereka akan berbagi pengalaman satu sama lain. Jika ada hal yang belum diselesaikan pada saat jam kerja karena kurang dimengerti, atau ada permasalahan yang tidak terpecahkan, maka pada moment ini mereka saling tukar pikiran untuk menemukan solusi terbaik. Para senior tidak pernah keberatan untuk membantu, begitu juga dengan junior yang tidak boleh malu untuk bertanya, agar semua permasalahan bisa teratasi.
This is certainly a manifestation of cohesiveness and kinship among employees of a company. Because interaction in working hours alone will never be enough, but should be accompanied by a more relaxed and less formal atmosphere.
Hal ini tentunya menjadi wujud dari kekompakan dan kekeluargaan antar para karyawan suatu perusahaan. Karena interaksi di saat jam kerja saja tidak akan pernah cukup, namun harus disertai dengan suasana yang lebih santai dan tidak terlalu formal.
