This is life as it should be!
Interestingly enough, it reminded me a lot of some of the things that I've seen going on in the steemit community too!
BE BLESSED VLOG!
PASS IT ON!
@Mama-pepper got a text from a neighbor today, who was sending out an alert on the free compost in a nearby town. Every year, for a short, short period of time, there is a place that gives away free compost. It's a precious commodity, and while free mulch can be available pretty much year round, the compost is a short lived early summer experience. For that reason, a lot of people keep their eyes open and wait for this moment.
Since supplies are limited, I'm sure that some people would prefer not to notify anyone and just try to get as much as they could for themselves. Sure, we've all had selfish and greedy thoughts before about something, even if it wasn't compost. However, just like the lady who notified us, we took our turn notifying other gardeners and homesteaders in the area.
I mentioned something to @allforthegood and @bluerthangreen, and they got a full dump trailer load today, and I gave @derekfreeman a call too. @Mama-pepper sent out some messages of her own as well. In life, like in steemit, it is important to share the blessing when we get blessed and help others along the way. Temptations to do otherwise will come, but we can overcome them! Be blessed my friends!
As always, I'm @papa-pepper and here's the proof:

When God blesses, it is important that we extend such blesssings to others.
Because when we do so, we open the doors for more blessings to come in.
Bless so that you might be blessed
Amen to that!
Great to share! I read that somewhere!
LOL! Nice man!
God Bless you always, sir!
the ability to be a blessing to someone is one of the most fulfilling feelings in the world.
True-dat!
This is the greatest part. There will always be temptation to keep your stake and use it only for yourself but remember, there's no community if we do not share our blessings with others. When the temptation comes, remember the community and you will overcome it.
Well said!
Hi papa Pepper. How are you. I hope you fine.
this is my first comment at your post after a month i do not ope my steemit account.
It's always fun to read your post. You have a good community over there, wish I have some of those so I don't have to make my own... :D
Oh, you'll get there! Just start blessing others and I'm sure you'll have a great community in no time!
True to that. Thanks!!
Amen @papa-pepper!!! Sharing is the way of living!!!
We are and should continue to be cheerful givers!
You are a true good soul , Papa. Even good people sometimes forgo notifying others in a situation like this.
Nice to pass it on like that. To me that's what Life should be about. Paying it Forward :)
Glad that you approve! Thanks man!
This is good work my buddy.
Inspired by @papa-pepper and Nature Tonight. So much comes Back to You when you enrich others Lives Around You. Life should be Abundance for many......
So do you have a big garden? If not what do you plan to do with all that compost?
Big garden and getting bigger.
That’s amazing to grow your own crops. I would love to one day be able to grow most of my own crops. You should teach us what you know about caring for the plants too.
This is the power of passing it on and paying it forward. Life's too short to be selfish!
When we get something it's good we always think for others, God will always bless people who always pour some life for others, God will open the door for more blessings. Bless you to be blessed, verily God will always help his dear servant.
Nice to see you paying that blessing forward, great stuff ✌
Sharing and co-operating with friends and neighbours is a blessing. It cost little to do an act of kindness and we are blessed tenfold in return...
Isn't it funny how sometimes God's blessings come from the dirty rotten stuff? A lot of us are just like compost, the dirty rotten stuff that God has blessed and refined to create something useful.....
No need to be greedy, share the blessings! My experience is when you make sure someone knows about a blessing they in turn will make sure you are aware of a blessing at another point in time. Working together is always the best practice!
