Regarding breaks, I heard a lot about the pomodoro method being great for relaxation and productivity.

25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of rest. I actually want to make that a habit of mine, using those 5 minute breaks for short meditations and breathing exercises. Just need to figure out how to time that properly without an alarm or constant looking at a clock being involved.
