New Job!

I usually like to refrain from using the word "job" as it has such a negative context and I love what I do. For those of you who don't know me, I've been doing daily vlogs here on Steemit :) I recently had to stop, due to the fact that I will be extremely busy in the next chapter of my life. (I will pick up in the future, don't panic ;)) But I will continue to post here on Steemit as often as I can when I manage to find free time :).

This next step in my life is huge! I will be a Buyers Specialist for a Real estate company in my local area. It's for a great company, and the opportunity is tremendous. I am an entrepreneur, so I love opportunities where there is no cap on my potential or income, and there won't be in this job! I'll be able to take it as far as I can go!

As far as Steemit goes, I will still be posting about my life, investments, crypto, etc. I am very excited to see where crypto currencies go in the next year or two, and in the next 10. It will be nice to see what coins take off, and what coins won't. As far as my predictions go, I would say hold onto Steem, Sia, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Etherium, Syscoin, Stratus, and any other coin that you think has the potential to last for a very long time, and have a massive impact on the world. Remember, I am not a financial adviser, so invest at your own risk ;)

What's Next?

My plan is very simple. (SIMPLE is GOOD.) I will be moving out with my girlfriend here soon, and hopefully getting our own house. I'm looking at $4,000/mo in bills for the both of us combined. That's everything from a house payment, to gas, to food and having fun. My goal is to close at least 3+ houses a month by helping people make the best decision of their lifetime and purchasing a great home :) At the average home price, commission, etc. I'll make about, lets say $3,500 per home. That's $10,500 gross, which is about $7,560 net. Now this number will fluctuate all the time, but it's a good goal :) Why am I telling you this? Well I'm almost there ;).

With just my income alone, I would save about $3,560/mo, half of which will be invested into crypto, and other worth while investments. This means I'll save $21,360/year, and invest $21,360/year. After 10 years this is $213,600 saved, and $213,600 invested. Now these are ballpark numbers, but I can easily get 10x on my investments with diversifying to minimize risk, meaning I would have around $2.1 million from investments, and have another $213,000 in savings. Now for those of you who know me, these are modest numbers. My true goal is to hit $100 million from investments. This is more risky, but hey, a wise man once said "Take a risk, if you win, you'll be happy, and if you fail, you'll be wise." Great words to live by if you ask me.

The whole point of why I am telling you this is by no means to brag (there are people who make FAR more than that a month, trust me) but to help you see things from a new perspective :) You see, one of my huge goals in life is to be 100% financially free at a young age, and you can too. With a background in Entrepreneurship, and starting and selling my own online business, I realize that true freedom comes at a cost. That cost is hard work, persistence, knowledge, and action. In order for me to live the dream life I want when I'm 30, I'll have to sacrifice and plan a little today. This means, I will have to spend more time working now, so I won't have to later. I'll be investing in things that I have no doubt will make me, and my future family, an income for a lifetime to come.

Why did you Tell me all of This?

I tell you this because I truly want each and every one of you to succeed. I want you all to know, that regardless of how old you are when you are reading this, that you can spend the next 10 years making your dream lifestyle into a reality. 10 years from this date you could have your dream car, house, and anything else you put your mind to. No matter where you live, you can make this happen. If you can't do it in your current country, and you want to, maybe consider moving to somewhere that allows you to pursue your dream and gives you the opportunity to chase and achieve your goal. At any income level as well, it doesn't take much. The person who makes $50k a year and saves half will always be richer than the person who makes $250k a year and goes into $20k of debt.

Anyways guys, I hope this helped you in some way, shape, or form! Remember, always stay positive and think about creating your future rather than having it happen by accident! :) You're all the best!
