God gives us water, sunshine, rain, plants, trees, fruits, flowers and difficulties, repeat, difficulties.
One should bow one's head before Holy Sacrament/prasad as well as difficulties which are also sacred as they are received direct from the Lord as a result of one's sins.
In instances like cab coming late, boss firing, work not being completed within timeline at workplace, spouse calling names, tenant not paying rent promptly, or serious ailment, one should be happy instead of being worried, angry, scared or stressed because these difficulties/problems are given by the Almighty himself.
There are many invisible things like microorganisms and the span of human existence on the planet. The span of our existence on the planet is invisible in the eternity just like a drop in the ocean. We are deputed to the earth for a very very short while to receive the results of our deeds.
Soul enters a body during the birth process. The moment the soul enters a body the former starts witnessing the difficulties/problems the latter faces whatever be the frequency. Then the body should not be subjected to further damage in the shape of worry, anger, fear or stress. Instead we should do our duty. For example, if the house we dwell in is being damaged by external factors like storm or earthquake do we try to minimize the damage or damage the house further?
If somebody asks, "Who are you?" the reply should be, "Bliss" because one is not mortal body, but eternal soul which is nothing but bliss. Self-realization is possible by meditation whose climax is 'no thought state'.
In the light of the foregoing adopt 'Take it easy' policy.
