Ok so I've had a few friends tell me they seriously saw a huge difference after they did their 30 day plank challenge. So I searched the web and found out the schedule to follow (refer to picture) and I am jumping in.
Started yesterday and going for it, i mean its not like i have to devote hours to this. Not going to lie, it was pretty hard but it should get easier I hope. Anyone who wants to join in and share their opinions, I always welcome input.
