According to a popular cliche, Health is Wealth. But I wouldn't really call this a cliche since I've tested it and found it to work so much as a medical practitioner in training. We should all shun activities which are detrimental to our health and hold on to positive activities such as regular exercise, good food and relaxing recreation. These give life to our spirit, soul and body. Nice post brother.
