Yeah its true here on Steem you can still make more coins and ROI even with the markets down. It all has to go up again eventually. Things seem to be moving nicely here. I have introduced two other creators I know from Youtube to come here and one of them @heyjoburg tried it a while back when DTube was new and very buggy. He has tried again seems to have had a good week back.
