One day we wake up and realize that we have all the anxieties of the world working in the mind. And we just can not get rid of it, the days go by, and when we realize it, it's been a week since we felt bad. The mind does not stop, the body reacts, nausea, pain in the stomach, dizziness and latent emotions.
How to get out of this? We know the importance of things like meditation and yoga and physical exercises, but we just can not move. When we think of clinging to God, we realize that our connection with Him is shaken. It seems easier to indulge in alcohol and games that distract us from this bad state.
But we have to work hard, right? We have to find the strength to take a step: take the first walk, meditate for five minutes, do three yoga exercises, pray, even if we do not know who exactly. We have to take the first step if we will not be swallowed. We will be swallowed by this monster called Anxiety.
Let's fight together to get out of this?
