I am also 180 cm. I think the bed is just right for our height but if you are fatter or taller, you won't be able to stretch your legs completely or fit in the bed comfortably.
Yes, The recommendation for the traveler is if you are more than 190cm , You won't able to stretch yourself on the bed comfortably.
