Don´t worry be happy! ♥ (how to deal with STRESS)

We cannot eliminate or escape stress from our ordinary life. Many of us have a lot of responsibility at work for their decisions, but also for others. Everybody expects 100% performance, 100% workload and the best results from us. Of course a little bit of stress is not bad, it helps you to stay focused and each of us, at the some point, felt that pressure of stress that is related to our work. But constant work pressure affects our mental health and it leads to many diseases such as high blood pressure, stomach ulcers and many others. Sometimes we also create artificial stress by constantly thinking about how to become a better person and how to become excellent in today´s sociaty. Some people have even no time to take a break from "daily" duties. And the most sad thing is that some people can´t save the money for vacation, because they have to care about theirs families. You work 5 or 6 days per week (8 or 12 hours a day) and U cannot afford one vacation in a year? REALLY SAD. But this is the reality of some of us. Our salaries are so MISERABLE! Sometimes your sallary is high but your work environment depressed you. But you stay because you need to earn money to care of your children. So what to do in that case?

I also faced a lot of stress several years ago. But I thank to God I have such a great people around, especially my FAMILY, who still supported me. But not all of us have such a big luck to have a great family and some true friends. And these people don´t know how to deal with stress in their lives.
I´m pharmacist and I know there are many drugs, that can reduce your stress. But you can become addicted very quickly! So I decided to share with you how I was able to reduce my stress.
At first you should know that healthy food can significantly reduce your stress. It´s discovered that eating fresh fruits and vegetable can slash stress levels up to a quarter. Because vitamins found in fruits and vegetables help your nervous system work properly.

I found out that the best Stress relief Activity for me is YOGA.

Excercise is an effective tool to rid the body of stress and negative thinking. Yoga is also great for staying fit and healthy. The main goal of Yoga is to achieve harmony between body, sould and mind. In order for a person to work on this balance, it´s important to properly perform yoga positions, breathing and relaxation techniques.
I can definitely say that Yoga helps me a lot in my life. And if you think that yoga is only for women then you are very wrong! I´ve been attending several yoga classes and still a guy teached me!
