Slow food - a tastier life

we are so in a hurry to live, we run through life, when, can say we do not live... We have no time to enjoy the moment, see lots of beautiful things.

In my ears, and now there are tempting slogans about food: "You will quickly make it", "usually made", "long lasting", "very simple" and so on. Of course, the consumer dictates the demand, so I do not blame the creators. Everywhere we always expect, we even demand speed and simplicity. However, this does not always coincide with the quality, taste of the arts and masters' beliefs.
The "5-minute" style of dishes has come with the need to have everything here and now. Food loses its great and true value - the pleasure of process, discovery and enjoyment.

Slow food

The main goal of the organization is to reduce the crop of fast food, to preserve the old traditions of food production and culinary heritage.

I am really fascinated by the strict discipline of Italian food. Not one of my acquaintances, Italian, is very sincere and unconditionally adhered to (self-explanatory) food agenda.

And the empty stomach is not a valid reason to break old rules that have always been there in Italy today! After work, you no longer need to rush, so enjoy all the moments, scents and tastes of the process.
On the contrary, "fast food" fan countries are increasingly accelerating the process of food production and eating so that more time remains for other things and concerns.

How do you start Saturday or Sunday morning? I suspect that you will spend time waking up in bed later on, trying to do the scheduled weekend work, get calls, turn your head and make plans for another week. Leave on a Saturday phone at home and pull it into the market ...
