The Modern era of the 21st Century is obsessed with technology. Everywhere you look, someone's using their smartphone, laptop, and tablet.

We can't seem to resist the powerful urge to connect with the internet. This is very bad, because as human beings, we're suppose to CONNECT with each other through conversation.

The more time you spend with a computer, the less likely you are to be happy. Staring at a screen all day causes you to feel depressed, because the brain needs human interaction.

On a social level, human beings crave attention from one another. And living in cities where people ignore each other on the street, is very harmful to our mental health and wellbeing.

Historically, we used to greet people on the street with a simple "Hello". But in today's world, we walk past each other without noticing them, and try our best not to make eye contact.

The behavior we often have in city life is very unnatural and inhumane. Our main focus is usually on money and work. This situation makes us very anti-social, and thus makes our cities a very unhappy place to live in.

Living in a city has it's benefits such as great infrastructure, great health care, and amazing transport services. However, should you sacrifice your health and happiness just to live in a major city?

If city life is getting you down and depressed, it's time to have a reality check. You need to assess your priorities, and put your health first. What's the point in pursuing a career, if you feel unhappy and unmotivated?

Life is becoming more stressful as we move into the future. Make sure you find time to relax, and enjoy life with friends and family. Remember, your more important than anything a city has to offer you.

Great motivational speech! It's interesting how a city can affect a person so. It has a lot to do with psychology as well.

I agree, you have to be mentally fit to stay strong in a city.

I couldn't imagine that....add the traffic jams....uugh

Yeah cities have so much traffic these days.

Night city life is probably good!!!

As if I didn't feel bad enough already for how much time I spend on the computer...😂

My friend has done a great topic and we wish you good luck
