Good call on your exercise progression. The body adapts very well after a certain period of time, so finding different ways to increase your intensity should definitely help you see some more progress. And bravo on the chips and chocolate! I keep a bit of vegan dark chocolate in the house on occasion, but cookies are my downfall so those need to stay far away from my shopping cart. ;)
