You have to deal with those difficult situations successfully. You might lose your cool at work when you are under pressure. So you can follow the following suggestions that will help you stay calm under pressure at work.


Identify what is stressing you

You are feeling stressed and that’s not a good feeling. First of all, think and identify what is stressing you. To relieve your stress at work, you have to define the causes of stress. Then you can do something about it. That is the practical way to make your first move.


Take deep breaths

When you face this kind of situation, you are tensed. Take deep breaths. Take a long, slow and deep breath, and then exhale. You will feel the difference. Looks like you are suggested to sit down and do meditation. No, just take deep breaths. Of course, you can do meditation at home or your comfort zone. It will help you calm down and you can concentrate your mind.

If you just keep silence and cannot say anything or make her or him understand your situation, you are in big trouble. You will be under stress in no time. So say NO politely and let her or him know about your workload. It is not that you do not want to do that, just let your boss know that if you do it, your other work will have an impact and that will be delayed.


Take frequent breaks

When everyone helps and supports each other, you can face any challenge at work.
