So many don't take time for themselves, or simply can't take time for themselves, and the long-term mental effects are devastating.
You make a fair point. It's quite a sad reality in today's world and I really struggle with the pace everyone is expected to keep. I'm very happy to have hubby who gives me this space to rest!
Oh no, that's so sad to hear about your garden! The basil is nice though, I really like having that during the summer. Maybe you could stick with herbs for now 😊

I think I'll be gathering my Christmas decoration this week to start decorating. We don't have a tree, but I have cute little Santa's and houses with lights and stuff.
