Sometimes it's best to slow down, get out and walk.
One of the major health issues of our world is stress. I would like to propose a remedy. Enjoy your surroundings. This very instructional sign was in a nature preserve a few hours from where we live. I would like to continue the walk with you.
When was the last time you recharged. And, how often do you get out of the grind to simply breath a little fresh air. I suggest you do that for me right now. Take a deep breath and relax.
I love to read quotes from familiar people who learned the value of finding themselves. Do you enjoy doing that? I quoted earlier from Helen Keller. Her story is so inspiring.
I once learned that you could live life on life's terms best by discovering reality. I'm not talking about your attitude, but down to earth humility. I'm a very positive person. However, I know my limits. By saying that I have a healthy respect for reality. If you are in your game, you are playing to win. But that means one thing.
Losing doesn't define you. In other words. Don't sweat the small stuff.
