Your points are absolutely stunning because for almost every person the comments are the start about their interaction with other steemit users and followes, and if you build a positive image of yourself then you can get alot from that person in return too like an important upvote or some rewards.
Your contents of the blog seems complete and reliable but I would add a point that positive feedback has an important role in building your social interactions with others and if your comments show some positive attitude then you will surely get a positive response in return from that person. Concisely, positivity is the main point of a feedback.

Yes when people add a positive comment with something important, like a question or informative statement, the author of the blog can easily think of what to say in reply to it.
