Anger can not sometimes be avoided over stressful times and situations but if we have an opportunity to run from being on it, its always better. In most cases when we are mad we yell and say the most irratating or F word to get rid of the the situation but with lesser effectivity hince create further damage. Let us always be mindful of our words bec. once they are cast out, they can only be forgiven not forgotten

2.Don’t be angry with people who are slow in catching up, they need your help.
3.Don’t be angry with the bashing in social media, they are just mere opinions.
4.Don’t be angry with those who are angry at you. You cannot control them.
Just preserve your energy and concentrate on doing better and being better.
So here are some Tips how to calm down
1.Take a long deep breath - it will help you feel relax.
2.Focus on your senses - don't let the situation handles you but handle the situation instead.
3.Avoid the things/people or situation that can trigger your anger - prevention is better than cure. staying away from being mad is way way better than fixing its damages and bad results.
4.Don't waste your time being angry - spend the time in steemit and earn. 😁😁😁. Be productive insted of spreading bad vibes.
