I really appreciate this post. It wasn’t too long ago when I was chasing all of the things in life I thought I was supposed to. Not because it’s what I truly wanted but because it seemed everyone around me was doing the same thing; it seemed the right thing to do. Since then my priorities have shifted and the intrinsic balance I’ve been able to achieve is priceless. I let go of material desires to count my daily blessings and have realized how truly happy I am. My life may look slightly different from most people my age, my goals may seem strange to some but I can honestly appreciate every moment of everyday for exactly what it is and I’m at peace. To me, peace, is the epitome of what success should be in today’s world. Thanks for sharing!

This is exactly why I post these. <3 Thank you for sharing your story with me and I'm so glad that you could relate. I felt the exact same way and I wasn't happy chasing those things, in fact I felt absolutely miserable inside and I felt like something was missing from my life, until I turn inwards - exactly like you.
The goals aren't usual, sometimes they're a bit strange, but they're goals true to me and my heart and following them makes me incredibly happy.
I'm so happy you got the point of this article and I'm very happy you found it valuable, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a comment. I'm glad the universe decided to connect us! :)
Hey, that was an awesome response. It literally made me excited to read. I’m so glad ‘we’ understand the value of life and just how precious it is; not to be wasted on trivial things. Another book, that has a premise in looking inward, is the alchemist. If you haven’t already, you should check it out. It’s one of my all time faves. Keep pushin the positive vibes my friend. ✌️
