Some activities I thoroughly enjoy are hiking, hammocking, and cliff jumping with the boys. I have always had a love for nature, and love being outside. The parks and hiking spots that eastern Pennsylvania holds are exquisite. There are plenty of parks and waterfalls to explore in the Keystone State.
Some of my favorites include Lake Nockamixon in Quakertown, Pa which holds hiking, cliff jumping, and plenty of water to fishing or kayak on. Rolling Rocks state park in Upper Darby, Pa has a field of rocks that span for miles, which are a fun challenge to hike across. There are plenty of trails and waterfalls that bring beautiful photo opportunities, along with the rock field. My personal favorite spot is Jim Thorpe National Park in Jim Thorpe, Pa. This park is a breath-taking 5 mile trek on a single trail that is labeled challenging and dangerous back locals. On the trail you have to walk on is hard and requires you to walk on branches over water, and is mostly uphill on a sharp steep. You go through many waterfalls and the trail brings you to the biggest waterfall at the end of the trail.

This shot was taken at Rolling Rocks State Park in Upper Darby, as my friends were setting up their hammocks before we made a campfire and read books we all had bought with us.
