Very good post, before anything else I'll tell you, that image made me hungry; It is true, one can eat a lot but if it is the right way it will not get fatter; before I ate a lot I gained weight, in specific areas of my body, which for me was favorable for my figure, partly I do not worry much about the things that I eat, I love hamburgers, ice cream, pizza, and I have a fast metabolism, it does not usually get very fat. Before, thanks to the exercise, it gave me more appetite and I began to eat a lot more, and as a result of the merger of these activities, I gained a lot of weight.
