Demi Kesehatan Bangulah Tidur Lebih Pagi

Hi Guys.

saya ingin membagikan pengalaman saya, bahwa bangun tidur lebih pagi sangat bagus untuk kesehatan, udara pagi yang segar dan oksigen yang bagus telah membantu peredaran darah dengan menyalurkan oksigen ke sluruh tubuh .
Setelah bangun tidur usahakan untuk meminum air putih 2 gelas kemudian berolah raga sebentar untuk memberikan relaksasi pada otot-otot pada tubuh anda.

hal inilah yang saya rasakan, lebih bagus lagi berhentilah merokok, maka rasakan kenikmatan ketika bangun tidur badan anda terasa lebih segar dibanding perokok.
