People like Umesh Yadav don't learn from mistakes. They can spend millions of years bowling but they will still bowl the same way. No common sense, no reading batsman's mind, no variation. Just simply throw 6 deliveries. They need to learn from new kids who are so smart that they change their bowling according to the batsman's thinking.

How long will we continue with inefficient players like Umesh Yadav? He doesn't yet know how to bowl in death overs...last over 13 runs were defendable considering it wasn't an easy pitch to bat on and also tailenders were at the crease that time...Umesh almost single-handed gifted the match to Australia. His performance in this match may cost him his place in the World Cup squad.
Bumrah had bowled a superb penultimate over and the game was in India's hands. The decision to give the last over and his no sense bowling cost India the game. Just pace of 140+ won't win matches. He needs to develop skills like yorkers, off-cutters and bouncers. There are a lot of new promising bowlers in domestic cricket who need to be given opportunity. Moreover, Umesh being a senior member has not learned things or improved over the years.
India is a very strong team to win the world cup with the majority of the members being super performers. But a few incompetent players that are in the team despite poor performance could ruin our chances. Just one bad player could ruin the effort of the other 10. If India wants to risk losing the world cup they can continue with such players.
All great things have an expiry date...time has come for Dhoni to step back and let others run the show...yes he was a very successful captain and player in his peak years, but if you look at India's matches post-2013, India has lost countless matches due to his 'sensible' test knocks.
